Life’s been a blast! :D

Wow wow wow! Havent blogged for ages! Really sorry for neglecting this space for such a long time! Been having the time of my life lately and I was kinda lazy to blog since uploading pic take forever! haha!

Anyways recent updates!

1. I have quit Redbull on the 19 of june (ended with a bang! haha!)

Prior to my quitting I have been working really hard everyday consecutively for about 14 days! Really shagged out of my mind! So im quite relieved to be able to end it cause i finally get to rest! The main reason for ending my job is because baby is going to be back! so this leads to my second update!

2. Baby is finally back HOME after being away for more than 6 months (back on 21st of june!)

I am really really happy cause i have been looking forward to this day like since forever! Months and months of waiting and feeling lonely, but finally he is back home! So we had a hell of a time because we din wanna waste any time now that he is back! We spend a lot of time tgt hanging out at his place, going town to eat, watch movies, celebrate our 25 months at sentosa, played golf and very much looking forward to our Hokkaido trip this coming saturday! Im really excited!!! More holiday trips planned for the month of august hehehee! shall update bout that another time! But yeah time for photos haha!

Came back from Saigon last night! or as quoted by bernie, we are back to civilisation haha! I enjoyed my trip in hcmc immensely! For one, the chaotic traffic is indeed hair-raising at first but as the days go by, we got used to it and i must say i’m in awed at how they can find order in it as well! The trick is you just have to cross the road slowly and the riders will manoeuvre their way around u! You just gotta trust them somehow! hahaha! And i was lucky enough to sit on the bike! Another whole new experience by itself!

We had our fair share of vietnam food mainly we ate PHO which is their famous beef noodles soup really yummy!  But we found a really awesome restaurant near our hotel called the New Pearl Restaurant that serves good western and chinese and vietnam food as well! So we had most of our meals there cause the ambience was good, and we get to drink cocktails and saigon beers and most importantly it was very reasonably priced It kinda reminds us of home

We found a good tailor shop at le tan thonth street and we visited it many times haha for our measurements and fittings and collections. I made 2 work dresses, a work pants and a work skirt! Im pretty please with the outcome! I wouldn say it is veery cheap but I guess it is pretty resaonable.. I spend around 40 bucks on average for each apparel.

We also did a city tour ( which was nothing much just sight seeing at the famous churches and what not.) We were very pissed because we each had to tip the tour guide which practically did nothing 9 USD! Felt really cheated!

On the third day, we went for a tour at mekong delta.. we signed up for the land tour over there only cost us about 8 USD each.. I enjoyed that tour because it is a whole new experience sitting on hand-rowed boats enjoying the tranquility, simplicity and peaceful scenery of the islands that thrived along the mekong river. These experiences definitely made me treasure nature at its simplest and also made me aware of how fortunate we are in singapore.

We also shopped at the famous Ben Tanth Market, bought quite a few souvenirs. I also bought like their famous coffee powders for family and friends We even manage to catch a movie at one of their most atas shopping mall which we so painstakingly tried to locate it with our limited knowledge of the vietnamese language haha and navigation skills…Bernie idiot guide to veitanmese language and my langauge guide book definitely came in handy hahaha! We trudged on for like close to 2 hours i think before we finally found it! Success was definitely sweet! We were freaking proud of ourselves hahahaha!

I shall upload pics on this trip another time Cause it takes too long and I will be back to my bz working schedules for RB again!

All in all, I really had a splendid time with my lovely grad tripees adel, bernie and dao yong Love ya all!

Vietnam here i come!:)

Haven’t blog for a long time!:( cause I have been really tired from working rb and meeting up with frens and enjoying my shopping frenzy! I’m on my way now to town for some last min shopping before my trip!:)

Haven’t blogged about my bdae celebration with my frens! Haha cause a lot of pics to post and they take too long to load so yeah I was procrastinating hahaha! But I will post them soon!:)

Catch up with jasmine Jessie Li ping and adel yst for satc2 and a htht session..certain weird events have been happening to me lately.. Which makes me a little worried about working life.. But talking to the girls yst made me realise how fortunate I am and good things dun always come knocking twice so I must treasure what I have and count on my blessings:) I wanna wish my gfs all the best! I hope they will be able to find their happiness jia you babes!:)) you all deserve the best!

Really excited bout tmr! Vietnam tripping with my gfs and dy! Main aim is to manufacture work clothes and mabbe convo gown if my budget permits! Really looking forward to this holiday because I have been wrking quite a lot ever since my exams ended..I believe I deserve a good rest!:))
